Cancellation Policy

Student clinic is supervised by the clinic director who will quietly observe and assist the student at least one time during the massage. Your evaluation at the end of the massage will provide essential feedback for the growth and development of our students and school. 24 hour cancellation is required to receive a refund. No-shows and cancellations under 24 hour notice will not receive refunds and will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments. FIRST TIME CLIENTS: PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 EARLY TO COMPLETE THE INTAKE PROCESS. Massages at Infinity School of Massage are strictly therapeutic and educational in nature, Under NO circumstances will misconduct be tolerated
