Craniosacral Therapy Course (CST)

Service Description

A comprehensive three-session course designed to introduce the foundational techniques of craniosacral therapy. Participants will learn how to speak the language of the nervous system through gentle touch to release tensions, facilitate the natural healing processes, release trauma, and improve overall function of the body. Ideal for students and practitioners looking to expand their bodywork skills. Classes will be held once per month and will build upon each other. Each single class will consist of two separate days; Friday 6pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-3pm * Class 1: 9/11/26 6:00pm-9:00pm, & 9/12/26 9:00am-3:00pm. Palpating cerebral spinal fluid, Still Point, Release of fascial cavities of the body. * Class 2: 10/9/26 6:00pm-9:00pm, & 10/10/26 9:00am-3:00pm. Sacral release, cranial release, 10-step protocol. *Class 3: 11/13/26 6:00pm-9:00pm, &, 11/14/26 9:00am-3:00pm. Fine tuning CST practice, finding & releasing trapped emotions in the body, integrating CST with other bodywork modalities.
